This was the perfect getaway. The property has a neat old Florida vibe & a private beach so it wasn’t crowded at all. The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. Publix and other shops are within walking distance. The kids played outside all day either on the beach, at the volleyball court or the shaded area out back. There were plenty of grills to use and extra beach toys for the kids. Loved the whole experience.

Great rates and a great location. Room 5 has an adjoining door, so it was easy to hear people in the next room over. Some of the shade slats were missing from our door, so anyone could walk up and see in our room, making it not feel very private.

We have been visiting this hotel for years. We have done our best to stay in the same room every time but have stayed in others. Nothing quite like stepping out of your door, turning to the right, and walking to the Gulf. The kitchen is just big enough for your stay, the bed and bedding were perfect. Comfortable furniture and low noise made for a peaceful stay. Publix (a local grocery store) is right down the street, and you can walk to some local businesses. They are renovating the hotel now and from what I have seen it will be even better but still retain its charm. Looking forward to our next stay.

We arrived to our room with instructions on. This is a nice little spot only about 500 feet from the beach which appears to be very private as we had plenty of social distance. All of the people staying at the hotel were all very friendly and extremely helpful with getting familiar with all the hotels accommodations that were unclear. We did notice that we were missing a microwave the properties manager drove a few towns away to bring us a brand new one and show us the laundry area, and also took the time to explain anything else we needed to know. I can’t wait to visit again I was very pleased with the hotel and how it is dead center in the middle of everything. Only mins away from Johns Pass and as stated before you literally walk out your door directly on to the beach. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, and a grill on property.

We loved staying here for so many reasons! The rooms were adorable, so clean and close to the beach. The beach area is private and has tables, chairs and grills which make it a great hang out spot. We will definitely be back again.

Cute place with well appointed rooms. I didn't stay there, I was visiting a friend. Her room was clean and nicely decorated in a casual, beach way. It was a place you could kick back and relax in. It's on the beach and the Gulf is right outside your backdoor. There is plenty of shopping and dining nearby. You can park right outside your door which is handy if you have young kids or if you have mobility issues.

My husband and I booked a room here for our 15th anniversary. The housekeeper had just finished cleaning our room and was very friendly and super helpful. The room was perfect for my husband and I. 500ft from the beach. The strip of beach behind the hotel was not crowded at all so we were able to enjoy the beach and even saw dolphins at sunset almost every day we were there! Everything you need is within walking distance. It was very quiet and clean. We will definitely be booking here in the future!

This is an adorable vintage boutique hotel. I loved the decor and the walk to the beach was wonderful and in your back yard! The only complaint would be that there is not a lot of privacy between you and your neighbors. You can hear every conversation, sneeze or toot! So maybe not a good place for a honeymoon . You can walk everywhere from here. I would definitely book again!
